Moxie Pest Control is seeking a Field Expert (Pest Control Technician) in the Chicagoland area, based in Lisle, IL. No pest control experience is required as complete paid training is provided. You will inspect properties, tailor treatments, and serve as the face of Moxie on every visit.

• Travel a set service route to residential and commercial properties in a company vehicle.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity and assess the extent of infestations.
• Develop and carry out treatment plans tailored to each customer's property and needs.
• Perform child-safe and pet-safe treatment applications in line with safety regulations and best practices.
• Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and pest control equipment.
• Build rapport with customers and represent the Moxie brand on every visit.
• Address customer concerns and educate customers on pest prevention.
• Accurately document services performed, treatments applied, and follow-up actions.
• Work with team members and the branch to deliver consistent, efficient service.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development.

Job Description

Moxie Pest Control is looking for motivated, hardworking, people-focused individuals to
join our Field team in the Chicagoland area. No pest control experience required. We
provide complete paid training from day one.
Requirement: You must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving
record.

As a Field Expert (Pest Control Technician), you will travel a set service route in a
company vehicle, inspecting residential and commercial properties for pest activity and
performing child-safe and pet-safe treatments. You are the face of Moxie on every visit,
so this role requires strong customer service, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to work
independently while holding high standards for quality and safety.

Our Field Experts take the time to understand each customer's pest concerns, tailor

What We're Looking For

• Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• No prior experience necessary; we provide complete paid training. Previous
  experience in pest control or a related field is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for
  extended periods.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality
  standards.
• A people person with a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable talking with customers about their concerns and the services that can
  help.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, or landscape maintenance is a plus.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
