Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a customer-focused route technician to diagnose pest issues and deliver exceptional service to homeowners. You will travel on your route, present a professional appearance, and promote additional services when appropriate.

You will maintain your pest control license, attend seminars, and complete service tickets for office staff. A company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits support your growth and success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Commitment to safe, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.

Qualifications
