Job summary

HomeTeam in Woodbridge, VA is hiring a route-based Pest Control Technician. You will provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, diagnose pest issues, discuss additional services, and maintain your pest control license.

You will operate a company vehicle and work independently, with Saturdays possibly required to finish routes. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, a strong support network, and opportunities for professional growth within Rollins, Inc., the parent company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week’s route.
