HomeTeam is seeking a route-based pest control professional to deliver exceptional service to homeowners in the Houston area. You will diagnose pest issues, upsell additional services when appropriate, and maintain your pest control license while working independently on a set weekly route.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Maintain pest control license and keep knowledge sharp by attending seminars.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when relevant.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars to stay current.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
