Job summary

Turner Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Technician to visit customer locations, assess pest issues, and implement treatment plans. You will build long‑term relationships through honest communication and excellent service, traveling to appointments and working in homes and businesses.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A take‑home company vehicle is provided; weekends and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends; 7:00 am–6:00 pm window.

Responsibilities

• Travel to appointments and meet with customers to assess pest problems.
• Execute specialized treatment plans and services at homes and workplaces.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers through honesty and great service.
• Support field operations and adapt to different service departments as needed.
