Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join the Three Counties team, covering Glastonbury and Cheddar. No experience required as we provide comprehensive training.

You will manage your own schedule, visit customer premises, and resolve pest issues with professional service. The role offers a full-time 40-hour week, a competitive base salary (£27,669) with an OTE of £32,447, a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, and RI Rewards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• GCSE Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for

Responsibilities

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times
