Job summary

Terminix is hiring a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management services, including inspections, product applications, and prevention education. You will work with customers to schedule visits, grow the customer base, and ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained in a safety-conscious environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work in varied spaces, outdoors and indoors, following PPE and safety

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to understand and follow safety instructions and labels.
• Basic math for product mixing and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to identify signs of pest infestations.
• Apply pest control products, baits, and traps following safety standards.
• Educate customers on prevention and maintain pest-free environments.
• Build relationships with customers and schedule appointments.
• Maintain and service equipment and ensure vehicle safety.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
