Terminix Service, Inc. of Flat Rock, NC is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician - Sales & Service to manage an established pest control route by selling services to both new and current customers, scheduling appointments, conducting home inspections, and performing pest control services. As a Pest Control Tech - Sales & Service, the average income is $53,000 in commissions, incentives and bonuses. Approximate Pay range AFTER training $21.63 - $33.65/ $45,000 - $70,000.

• Starting training pay up to first month $18 /hr.
• Guaranteed $2,500 per month paid semimonthly ($1,250 semimonthly) No Cap you can make more you should not make less during training period.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN - SALES & SERVICE

• No experience necessary! We provide paid training.
• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to operate and maintain a company truck
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols
• Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
• Physical ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time
• Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
