Job summary

Orkin is hiring entry‑level professionals for a pest control route. No prior pest control experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to prepare you for daily route operations.

You will drive a company vehicle, follow schedules, diagnose issues, and discuss service options with customers. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, holidays and sick leave, plus tuition reimbursement and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required; pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and perform assessments as taught.
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device for speed and accuracy.
