Job summary

EnviroGuard Pest Control in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a service professional to service residential homes on the road. You will drive our vehicle, interact with customers, and learn pest control techniques as you grow with the company.

You will receive training, potential licensing assistance, and a starting compensation of 2,000–2,400 USD per month with opportunities for bonuses; typical schedule is 8AM–5PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• High school or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older to be on our insurance.
• Able to pass a background check (you will be entering customer's homes).
• Ready to work hard and willing to learn.
• Enthusiastic, likable, and able to hold a conversation.

Responsibilities

• We're going to give you your own truck.
• You'll be treating residential homes with Pest Control products (we will train you how).
• You'll be talking to your customers off and on throughout the day. These will be YOUR customers and you'll be responsible for treating them with a great experience!
• The structure of your day will change (e.g. cancelled appointments, added appointments), so you'll need to think on your feet and be flexible at all times. We can be flexible with your schedule/time off when needed!
