Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to service routes around Louisville, KY, reporting weekly to the Louisville office. You will apply pesticides, maintain equipment, and provide expert pest solutions to each customer’s unique needs.

The role offers an uncapped bonus structure, a $500 sign-on bonus, overtime opportunities, a company vehicle you can take home, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401K with match.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route addressing customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by providing effective pest solutions.
• Maintain route customers per company standards and inform management of problems.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides and carry a backpack roughly 50 lbs.
