Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to work on the road around Memphis, TN. You will report to the Memphis office weekly and drive a company-provided vehicle to service local routes.

The role offers uncapped bonuses, annual incentive trips, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a company vehicle to take home. Overtime opportunities are available in a dynamic field role.

Qualifications

• This position requires no prior pest control experience; training is provided.
• Valid US driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years is required.
• Clean driving record with limited moving violations in the specified periods.
• Drug test and background check will be performed for all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Drive a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides per state and federal laws.
• Serve as SME for customers by recommending effective pest solutions.
• Maintain and service route customers per company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed.
• Carry a ~50 lb product backpack on route; route in local area.
• Possibility of working every other Saturday as scheduled.
