Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Bothell, WA to perform residential pest management services. You will inspect properties, identify pests, apply treatments, and provide prevention guidance, while communicating with clients about solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. Excellent customer service and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills – ability to follow instructions on product labels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and maintaining a pest‑free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding products and safety.
• Operate company-provided service vehicle safely.
