Job summary

Senske Family of Companies in Texas is seeking an experienced Pest Technician to join our team. You will apply our products to safely eliminate pests, analyze customer needs, and provide informed service on-site. Training will ensure you succeed, with support from skilled colleagues and leadership.

We offer full-time, on-site work with competitive hourly pay, plus opportunities to advance. Must be able to work outdoors/indoors in our local climate and use proper PPE.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
• At least 21 years old (to drive a company vehicle).
• Committed to safety and PPE usage.
• Friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently or in a crew.
• Positive team attitude and willingness to help others.
• Preferred: pest control or route-based service experience.
• Experience applying pesticides in residential or commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Apply company products to safely eliminate pests.
• Serve as problem solver for customers using in-depth training.
• Identify additional service offerings and assist with sales to current/new customers.
• Display strong communication skills when informing customers onsite.
• Work indoors and outdoors in local climate and wear PPE.
• Receive guidance and support from colleagues and leadership.
