Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, inspections, and treatments. You will identify infestations, apply treatments, and advise customers on prevention while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

The role offers an hourly base with uncapped commissions and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Entry-level earners typically $55k–$65k, high-volume performers $80k–$100k+ per year, with benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to learn and apply pest-control techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations.
• Apply approved pest control products and traps while following safety standards.
• Educate customers on prevention methods to maintain a pest-free environment.
• Assist with sales to current customers and expand services to new customers.
• Maintain equipment and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
