Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions is hiring for field technician roles in Ohio. Positions include Route Technician, Universal Technician, and Start Technician, reporting to the Service Manager at the Springdale, OH branch. Training is provided; prior pest control or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Strong work ethic and customer service skills are essential. duties include outdoor work, equipment handling, safety training, and maintaining detailed service records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail is important for safety and service accuracy.
• Basic math is needed for measurements and estimates.
• Candidates must have a clean driving record and pass background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate service details.
• Work outdoors for most of the day.
• Lift at least 50 lbs and fit into tight spaces as needed.
• Apply liquid treatments to soil and perform basic site tasks.
• Document services performed in the field using mobile devices.
• Flexibility to work Monday–Saturday during the summer season.
