Qualifications

• At least 5 years previous customer service experience.
• No previous pest control experience required.
• Valid driver license and good driving record.

• Willing to work across multiple counties/cities in the state.
• Must pass Dept. of Agriculture pest control test after 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough inspections and pest control services to residential and commercial customers in the Baltimore metro area.
• Complete services safely and per Pest Czar schedules.
• Prepare detailed digital service reports.
• Communicate clearly through digital apps and software used by the company.
• Drive company vehicle to sites daily and maintain safety.
