Cook’s Pest Control, Inc. is seeking a driven field service professional in Nashville, TN. You will drive a company vehicle from home to customer sites, perform pest control and termite services, and handle payments and inspections.

Flexible scheduling includes occasional Saturdays or evenings. Starting pay is $18/hour with earnings potential up to $65,000/year. The role includes training, a company gas card, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, life and disability

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential for customer contact and scheduling.
• A great attitude and strong work ethic are required for field service.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory for operating the service vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle from home to customer locations and return after last appointment.
• Contact customers to schedule pest control and termite service.
• Mix products and load equipment into the service vehicle.
• Administer treatments and install preventative products or bait/termite stations.
• Collect payments from customers and document service details.
• Complete inspections and recommend solutions for pest/termite problems.
• Visit customers to address complaints or service issues.
• Prospect for new business leads.
• Occasionally work Saturdays or evenings.
