Job summary

My Pest Pros, LLC is hiring in Washington, DC and surrounding counties for a pest control technician role. You will service residential and commercial clients, assess issues, and recommend solutions while building strong client relationships. No prior pest control experience is required; we provide paid training.

Salary ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, with opportunities to earn commissions and bonuses. Company vehicle provided; benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 5 years with a clean driving record.
• Has a personal vehicle to use during training.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including a Saturday rotation.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties in various environmental conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Certification or licensure as required by state or local regulations (or willingness to obtain).
• The ability to read, speak, and comprehend English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
