Job summary

Candidates ideally possess strong accountability and communication skills. The role offers a base pay of at least $18/hr, uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and write notes clearly.
• Successful completion of pesticide applicator licensing process.

Responsibilities

• Safely apply pesticides according to standards.
• Document services performed per company regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Communicate service updates effectively.
