IFC - Industrial Fumigant Company is seeking a field‑based team member to inspect commercial accounts, develop pest control solutions and maintain client records. The role emphasizes strong customer relations, attention to detail and self‑motivation.

You will develop industry knowledge through provided training and must obtain a pesticide license within 90 days. Competitive hourly pay plus benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing training and company resources to decide on the best solution for each customer's needs.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self-motivated.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.
