Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain required pesticide license within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve pest issues for residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect attics, crawlspaces, interiors, and exteriors to identify concerns and recommend solutions.
• Deliver high-quality treatments with support from experienced management.
• Educate customers on prevention strategies and build trust.
• Identify opportunities to add value and present service options.
