Job summary

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a division of Rollins, is seeking team members to service commercial accounts through inspections, solution development and facility treatments. You will maintain strong customer relations with business clients via professional service, clear communication and precise documentation.

You will develop pest control expertise, participate in training, and help IFC grow while working with a reliable, financially stable organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• A ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.

• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consisent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
