The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC) is seeking a field-focused team member to inspect commercial accounts, develop pest-control solutions, and treat facilities. You will establish strong client relationships, communicate clearly, and document activities with precision.

You will gain knowledge through comprehensive training, maintain thorough records, and work the hours required to meet complex customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth inspections of commercial accounts and develop solutions for customer facilities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
