Job summary

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a Rollins subsidiary, is seeking a Pest Control Technician/Exterminator for our Baltimore area maintenance team. You will inspect commercial facilities, develop and implement pest control solutions, and maintain precise documentation to serve business clients.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $48,000 to $50,000 annually with commission potential, a company vehicle consideration, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Pest Control Technician/ Exterminator - MA-Baltimore (Maintenance)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, along with all company resources, to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self-motivated.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
