Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, inspections, and treatments. You will educate customers on preventing infestations and promote services while following safety and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires driving a company vehicle, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with clients for scheduling and upselling additional products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product labels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties for signs of pest infestations.
• Apply approved pest control products, baits, and traps safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and safety practices.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments and assist with sales.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Adhere to local, state and federal regulations and safety protocols.
• Operate a company vehicle and comply with maintenance requirements.
