Job summary

Terminix Service, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to own and manage a service route, delivering pest control services to residential and commercial properties. You will inspect properties, recommend solutions, and sell additional services while scheduling and managing your daily route.

The role is field-based, offering growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package with commissions, incentives, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator per safety protocols.
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors.
• Able to work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
