Job summary

Thomas Pest Services, Inc. is seeking Pest Control Service Technicians for regular full-time and seasonal full-time roles. You will deliver relationship-based pest management, inspect properties, and execute treatment plans while working with a supervisor and team.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist. The position offers a flexible 4- or 5-day work week, competitive pay ($22–$27 per hour) with tech lead commission, and benefits including a Simple IRA, health insurance

Qualifications

• No pest management experience required.
• On-the-job and classroom training provided.
• Certification exams and annual renewals paid by us.

Responsibilities

• Service customers with relationship-based pest management to resolve and prevent concerns.
• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Maintain accurate records of services, chemicals used, and observations on a mobile device.
• Mix, apply and treat with pesticides in compliance with state regulations.
• Arrive on time for each scheduled stop and complete services within the time allotted.
• Inspect properties to identify pest activity and develop treatment plans.
• Identify entry points and advise customers on exclusion methods.
