Orkin is hiring an entry-level Pro to deliver pest protection services and provide exceptional customer care. Training is provided so no prior pest control experience is required.

You will work with a team and use company vehicles and handheld devices to log and report while ensuring safety at every service location. The role offers stability and a path to leadership, with a competitive first-year earning potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ladder safety within manufacturer's weight capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection, communicate clearly, and demonstrate customer focus in every interaction.
• Identify pest issues inside or outside homes or businesses; full training provided.
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services to help customers feel secure.
• Follow all safety protocols while conducting services and handling equipment.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly while logging findings and service reports.
• Use handheld devices to log findings and track customer interactions.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
