Job summary

My Pest Pros is a family-owned, local service company hiring in Washington, DC and surrounding counties. You will service residential and commercial clients, assess issues, provide preventative treatments, and help prevent pest problems while building strong client relationships.

Salary ranges from $22 to $28 per hour with paid training, commission opportunities, and a full benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), holidays, PTO, sick leave, and gym

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 5 years with a clean driving record.
• Personal vehicle to use during training.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties outdoors.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• English reading and speaking proficiency.
• Willingness to obtain required state or local certifications.

My Pest Pros is a family-owned, local service company looking for passionate, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to join our team. We are seeking people who live in Washington, DC, Montgomery, PG, and Anne Arundel Counties; can provide excellent customer service; think on their feet; and help build strong client relationships. You will service residential and commercial clients, assess issues, problem-solve, make recommendations, provide preventative treatments, and solve existing pest problems.

• Salary: $22-28/hour. Compensation is based on prior experience and includes the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses.
• Location: Washington, DC, Montgomery, PG and Anne Arundel Counties.
• Pest control experience is not required; we will provide paid training.

• Technicians take their work vehicles home and go directly to their stops each day.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
