Rollins, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to become Orkin Pros. No pest control experience is required due to award-winning training; a strong customer service background helps you succeed. You’ll receive a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile device, and the latest technology to support field work.

Average first-year earnings are between $50,000 and $60,000 plus commission, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth in leadership, sales, or management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Climb, crawl, or work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest protection and communicate clearly with customers in every interaction.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses after receiving full training.
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services to keep customers informed.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting services, handling equipment, and applying treatments.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly and log activity using handheld devices.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-tier pest protection, communicate clearly, and demonstrate customer focus in every interaction.
• Identify pest issues both inside and outside homes or businesses , full training provided.

• Follow all safety protocols while conducting services , handling equipment, and applying treatments to protect yourself, your team, and customers.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly while adhering to best practices.
• Use handheld devices to accurately log findings, complete service reports, and track customer interactions efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
