The Pest Control Technician role is a full-time, on-site position. The technician inspects residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions, then applies appropriate treatments and prevention methods in line with company standards and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled service visits, documenting findings and treatment plans, maintaining equipment and service vehicles, and following safety procedures for chemical handling and application. The role involves communicating clearly with customers about pest issues, recommended solutions, and ongoing maintenance steps, as well as providing professional, courteous service during each visit. The technician may also assist with basic lawn and perimeter care related to pest prevention and participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry best practices and integrated pest management techniques.
