Job summary

EnviroGuard Pest Control is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as Pest Control Technicians. This role includes driving to various residential locations in San Diego, providing pest control services, and ensuring a great customer experience.

The ideal candidate should hold a valid driver’s license, be 21 or older, and be willing to learn. Full-time positions come with a competitive pay structure between $2,000-2,400 a month plus bonus opportunities.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

• We're going to give you your own truck. (Okay, it's not actually YOUR truck. It's ours, but we'll let you drive it.)
• You'll be treating residential homes with Pest Control products (we will train you how).
• You'll be talking to your customers off and on throughout the day. These will be YOUR customers and you'll be responsible for treating them with a great experience!
• The structure of your day will change (e.g. cancelled appointments, added appointments), so you'll need to think on your feet and be flexible at all times. We can be flexible with your schedule/time off when needed!

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• High school or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older to be on our insurance.
• Able to pass a background check (you will be entering customer's homes)
• Ready to work hard and willing to learn
• Enthusiastic, likable, and able to hold a conversation

The Scoop

• Full-time positions are available.
• Commission for sales, but sales not required.
• Growth potential as we promote from within.
• $2,000-2,400 per month (there are always ways to earn bonuses and increase your pay!).
• Typical Hours: Monday-Friday. 10 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 8 AM- 5PM. Though we are flexible.
