Job summary

Plunkett's Pest Control in Santa Fe is seeking a Service Technician who owns a route, sets their schedule, and delivers pest control services to homes and businesses. You will inspect properties, treat pests, and build lasting customer relationships while growing your route through sales.

We offer training pay of $20.00–$22.00 per hour plus uncapped incentives, plus a full benefits package: medical insurance, PTO, Life Insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work.
• Willing to learn and obtain licenses through training.

Physical requirements: Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
