HomeTeam Pest Defense in San Antonio, TX is seeking a customer-focused pest control Route Technician to service homeowners along a defined route and deliver a delightful experience. You will maintain a professional appearance, diagnose pest issues, and discuss additional services when appropriate.

The role requires maintaining your pest control license, attending seminars, submitting clear service tickets, and working Saturdays when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Maintain pest control license and keep knowledge sharp by attending seminars.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including your company vehicle and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services when needed.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and work independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
