Job summary

Stark Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide IPM-based service to residential or commercial customers. The role offers a production-based environment and potential earnings through a comprehensive benefits package.

The technician will work on route, inspect attics and crawl spaces, identify insects and conducive conditions, and devise a personalized solution for each home or business. Training is provided; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Enter attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess problems, identify insects and harborage areas.
• Describe and implement a personalized IPM-based solution for customers.
• Collect service payments from customers and explain services clearly.
• Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition and arrive on route ready to work.
• Provide friendly, reliable service as the Pest Control Technician in customers' homes and businesses.

As a Pest Control Technician, you are excited to start your route each day. You search high and low by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
