Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE, which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses; full training provided.
• Explain findings and recommend services to keep customers informed and secure.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting services and handling equipment.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly.
• Log findings and complete service reports using handheld devices.

Minimum Requirements:
