Job summary

Western Pest Services is seeking a Pest Control Technician based out of our Philadelphia, PA branch. Candidates will complete a company-paid two-month training and assist residential or commercial customers with pest control needs.

The role involves inspecting attics, crawlspaces, and interior and exterior areas of homes or businesses. Ideal candidates are positive, customer-focused individuals who enjoy independence and community safety.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or better.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

We will consider for employment all qualified candidates in a manner consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations as well as the ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid):

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Salary Range: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
