• Operate a company truck (assigned, not personally owned).
• Apply pest control products to residential homes, at interior and exterior locations.
• Communicate with customers throughout the day to provide service and build relationships.
• Adapt to changing schedules, including cancellations and added appointments, and manage time flexibly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 21 (required for insurance).
• Pass a background check.
• Willingness to work hard and learn.
• Enthusiastic, likable, and conversational.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly pay $2,000‑$2,400 with bonus opportunities.
• Commission for sales (sales not required).
• Full‑time positions, Monday–Saturday; typical hours 10 AM–8 PM with flexible scheduling.
