HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. in Escondido, CA, is seeking a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to service homeowners on its route, delivering a reliable and friendly experience.

You will present a professional appearance, maintain your license, diagnose pest issues, and discuss additional services when appropriate, while working largely independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Branch 2 license; Branch 3 license after hire.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and safely use a ladder.
• Willing to work Saturdays to complete the route.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services or products when needed.
• Maintain pest control license and attend seminars to keep knowledge sharp.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.

Responsibilities

As a HomeTeam Pest Control Technician, you can expect to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week's route
