HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to service routes and provide exceptional customer care. The role emphasizes presenting a professional image, diagnosing pest issues with homeowners, and offering additional services as appropriate.

The position requires maintaining a pest control license, attending seminars, and submitting accurate service tickets while working independently. Some Saturdays may be required as the route progresses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to safely use a ladder within weight capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional appearance including truck, equipment and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services as needed.
• Maintain pest control license and attend seminars to stay sharp.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Work independently and stay motivated; some Saturdays may be required.

Responsibilities

A s a HomeTeam Pest Control Technician, you can expect to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week's route
