Job summary

Abell Pest Control Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our Cincinnati team. You will apply expertise to identify infestation sources and implement appropriate pest control methods on-site, while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

This role requires a valid applicator's license, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills. A driver's license and willingness to travel are essential; extensive on-the-road training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods.
• Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities
• Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants, pesticides and power spraying equipment, such wearing protective gear guidelines
• Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicle
• Manage schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner
• Address customer needs and optimize their program on-site
