HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to service homeowners along assigned routes. You will diagnose pest issues, discuss additional services, and maintain a professional appearance with company vehicle and uniform. The role emphasizes independent work, regular training, and accurate service reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess and maintain a pest control license; willingness to attend seminars to update knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional appearance including your vehicle, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services as needed.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend seminars regularly.
• Submit accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Work independently and stay motivated; occasional Saturdays to finish routes.

As a HomeTeam Pest Control Technician, you can expect to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week’s route
