Responsibilities

The Orkin Pro provides safe and professional pest protection and service to customers on a designated route. Your career begins with comprehensive, award-winning training to develop skills in route operations, scheduling, diagnostics, and treatment planning. You will understand customer problems and resolve them effectively.

Key duties include:

• Complete training to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge
• Prioritize safety in all tasks
• Follow route and daily schedules within your territory, ensuring timely and safe visits
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and colleagues
• Provide empathetic customer service, understanding their needs and recommending effective solutions
• Explain actions, ensure satisfaction, and promote additional services for peace of mind
• Inspect properties thoroughly (training provided)
• Document all service activities accurately using provided handheld devices
