Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a motivated Universal Service Professional for field duties and direct customer interaction. Training is provided, and you’ll be on the road delivering pest-control services and customer support.

You’ll manage your route, perform residential pest control and inspections, and work with teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience. A valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors are required.

Qualifications

No experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
Must be 18+ and have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities:

Building Relationships: You'll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they're satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.

Managing Your Service Route: You'll be responsible for the daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
- Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
- Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they're functioning properly.
- Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
- Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
- Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
