Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking seasonal pest control technicians to start leading residential pest management services.

You will inspect properties, apply treatments, and educate customers on prevention. A valid driver's license and related pest control experience are required, with a high school diploma or GED. We offer a pathway to growth within the Rentokil family and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of client properties to identify pest signs, infestations, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Provide advice to reduce future infestations.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained and stocked.
• Follow local, state, and federal regulations on products and safety.
• Operate a company-provided service vehicle safely.
• Coordinate with Branch Leadership to complete appointments as scheduled.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Provide advice on how to reduce the risk of future infestations.
• Ensure that all pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols
• Drive and safely operate a company provided service vehicle (we provide routine maintenance)
• Communicate effectively daily with Branch Leadership to ensure all customer appointments are completed as scheduled

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required: Related experience and/or training in the pest management industry

Must posses a valid driver's license from state of residence.
