Job summary

Mosquito Authority is seeking outdoor‑driven team members to perform pest control services. You will operate equipment, drive to client sites, and deliver safe, professional service while keeping accurate records.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; pest license and experience are preferred. Compensation is hourly with paid training and opportunities for performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work outdoors in various conditions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, push and pull as needed.
• Requires communication with customers and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate pesticideEquipment, including sprayers and backpack blowers, up to 60 pounds.
• Drive company vehicle to client sites and perform services safely and professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with clear communication.
• Inspect entry points and apply training to create pest-free environments.
• Maintain accurate job documentation in a timely manner.
• Work a flexible schedule including occasional weekends.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Work in a safe manner in accordance with state requirements, OSHA policies and procedures, and maintain and utilize required safety equipment when performing duties.
• Use pesticide equipment, including sprayers, ladders, and backpack blowers (up to 60 pounds) in heat and humidity, often through uneven terrain.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and requests and notify owner(s) of complaints or issues to ensure timely resolution. Utilize excellent communication skills.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by inspecting for pest entry points and utilizing training to provide a pest‑free environment.
• Complete job documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work a flexible schedule as required to meet weekly responsibilities, including occasional weekend hours.
• Maintain a clean company vehicle and operate it safely and legally.
• Drive the company vehicle to client sites to provide services in a professional, safe, and friendly manner.

Requirements

• High school graduate / GED
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
• Interest in learning about pest control (mandatory)
• Job requires standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling
• Extended hours and weekends when necessary
• Pest license and experience needed
• Compensation based on pest licensing and experience
