The position offers an hourly base pay of $16.00, with additional earnings potential based on sales. Full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, plus paid time off and a 401(k) match, are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
