Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in the Fort Worth area to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments, inspecting for pest activity, and providing effective treatment solutions. You will build lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and meticulous service records.

The role requires 1+ years in customer service, a valid driver’s license, and a 3+ year driving history. Training and licensing are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is essential.

Service Technician Position Summary

• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an hourly base pay of $14.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
