You will train, service customer properties, follow route schedules, operate a company vehicle, discuss service options and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment
• No prior pest control experience required; training provided
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn required skills
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route and daily operation schedule within assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain vehicle/equipment
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Explain actions taken to customers and discuss additional services for pest management
• Inspect interior and exterior of properties
• Complete service-related documentation on handheld device

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
